A ministry can cite a versioned instrument. A blog can steal a sentence with its limit. Nobody gets a league table of souls — including a fear-of-death ranking. We will name a prior that looks like physics. Flu Trends is on this desk as a warning, not a mascot.

The most influential prior of 2026 is not a hashtag. It is the picture a child already has: evil looks like death. Skull, darkness, the body that stops. Later the same picture prices pharma, grief, guilt, and surplus empathy — and still wins any room, because nobody has to defend it.

The empty slot is the positioning. Anyone can ship a mood score. We refuse the one that would make us famous for a year and wrong forever.

Naming the tilt is not a wish that people stop mourning, and not a licence to call cruelty realism.
