Addiction, violence, isolation, displacement. The work is local. The mission is everyone.

Alcohol and other addictions

Recovery circles

Planned: weekly circles plus a companion that remembers slips without turning them into a moral trial.

People living with alcohol dependence, and the household around them.

Street and household violence

Stopping retaliation after violence

Planned: trained interrupters, not slogans, in the 72 hours after a violent incident when retaliation is most likely.

Neighborhoods with repeated injury, and families after a shock.

Planned: stabilization for households after police, hospital, or migration shocks — before 'parenting advice' is useful.

Parents and caregivers in the first month after a rupture.

Youth isolation

Planned: physical rooms and a low-pressure companion for adolescents who have dropped out of every other room.

Ages 14–24, especially those who have stopped attending school or work.

Support for caregivers

For people who keep others alive and have no language left for themselves.

Family carers, nurses, social workers, and informal community responders.
