What we conclude
Violence is not only a policing problem. Where traumatic stress is dense and care is thin, aggression recycles through households and streets. Programs that treat only the last punch miss the loop.
What we will not claim
We do not claim that therapy alone reduces homicide, or that any ethnic group is more 'violent' by nature.
